Shoddy cart quality, and non chalant after sales service. Been going there for a year and will not return anymore. First off, on 2/15 their website had a sale for four 2mg AIO for 90+ tax. I placed the order that night at 9pm, for it to be picked up next day on the 16th. I show up on the 16th to pick up my order. First they told me they don’t have any online order for me, then they claimed that they found my order and they can’t honor the price that was placed online and even with email and text confirmation. He wanted to charge me 60 for 1. No thanks I walked out. And this is after they sold me inferior and mislead product that what’s posted on the wall behind counter. The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it’s the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won’t. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts. – Peijian Zheng
