I ordered online and was supposed to be getting 14g for 70 or so with the promo. When I get there they told me that what i selected was not available for the promo I picked and the total was 140+ Which would be fine if i didn’t call 2 days ago and ask about how often the website updates, they said every 15 minutes. He said that the super boof I picked isn’t the right one even though it had the promo on the website listed alongside the product. this is just frustrating considering it’s already expensive and I called just to make sure something like this wouldn’t happen. I love Verts but this is definitely something that makes me not want to come back. – penny craig

Everyone is always extremely helpful and patient. Some staff is more knowledgeable but all are always willing to help each other out. The front desk person is absolutely the friendliest person she greets everyone and offers a parting acknowledgement to every person. – Melynda L
