Verts Neighborhood Dispensary

When going thru the drive thru as a card holder with discounts.. 95% of the time I've had to tell them to apply my discount, ive been told its in my file… kinda eliminates the point of the drive thru if my total is cheaper inside… I've literally had them take 29$ off the final price after applying my discount.. that's a gross overcharge from what I was used to… Just wana be told if you won't honor low income Medical card holders anymore or something I didn't ask for it on my card.. but then again it's a medical card not a get high as you wish card as some think.. I'm not exactly sure how to make it right or anything other than to not make drive thru experiences awkward…card holders are tracked by the med allotment and not the rec then why am I being charged rec prices as a med card holder? Or having medical discounts ignored even though stated via medical card… IM NOT SAYING THEYRE DENYING THE DISCOUNT, IM SAYING WHEN GOIN THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU I HAVE TO USUALLY ASK FOR IT. Feel like I've said this already But was asked for a review but haven't really been back thru the drive thru since the last lil miscommunication. (There shouldn't be one anymore) greenlight applies it no issue… Love verts and been goin since they were another dispo at this locale… But now I don't feel great even asking for the discount cuz I feel judged asking for something I never exactly tried to get anyway, but a worker looks at me like idk what I'm tlkn about when I say that's not the right price for me – 540Я733 Kendrick Brown 540Я733 (540R733)

I came in as a new customer looking to switch from flower to cartridges. I explained upfront that transparency and cost mattered to me. I had an online order ready, but staff quickly pushed me toward live resin carts instead of distillate, claiming better quality and assuring me the “3 for $100” deal was standard. That was a major selling point for me. A couple weeks later, I returned to get the same. Suddenly, the deal doesn’t exist. I’m quoted nearly $200 for the same 3 carts. When I questioned it, the "manager" who rang me up before accused me of lying and claimed he told me it was a one-time deal. He didn’t. I spent $100 on devices for these carts, based on what I was told, and now I’m stuck. There’s no customer service, no accountability, and zero integrity. I won’t be back, and I hope this saves someone else the trouble of dealing with bait-and-switch pricing and disrespectful staff. – Edward M

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to hands down. The crew at Verts is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly memorable when it comes to customer service. Everyone there takes the time to make sure people feel seen and heard, and they really know their products. You can tell they care about creating a great experience every time. Special shoutout to Riley, the General Manager ,easily one of the best store managers I’ve come across, not just in the cannabis industry, but in retail in general. Okay dispensary, The prices weren't all that great. Tax'n for sure on some of their strains. God only knows why you put a 1/8th in a container big enough for a half OZ. – Norman TinMan Robinson
