Viola STL Dispensary

As someone coming from Michigan, where deli-style service is standard, I was surprised and disappointed by the setup at Viola. Not being able to see or smell the flower before purchase felt like a red flag 🚩 How can customers visually inspect for quality or potential issues? Customer service left a lot to be desired. I also purchased a $25 1.5g pre-roll that was loosely packed and flimsy, definitely not worth the price. The only redeeming part was the included tip accessory in the canister, which was a nice touch, but it didn’t make up for the lack of quality or value. Overall, the experience felt more focused on aesthetics than actual customer care or product integrity. – Devon Lemay

Shariah was great!!! 06/06/25. The website says closes soon. I get a text my order is ready. I was 2 mins away. Rudest Security guard says can't go in. And the website still says closes soon. I won't be back, I will go elsewhere, there are plenty of places – Lisa Tinker
