I go to this location to purchase my product for 3 years now. Tonight I go and get my product this guy was sooooooooooooo rude to me I have never experienced this before. I asked to review 3 products he bring out 1 get mad at me call manager he just as rude a him. I ask for the corporate number and he tell me he is corporate! I am heated! This company show me they don’t call Nd very unprofessional!!! I whether shop back on the streets. Crazy … then he didn’t give me my receipt – Beauty the Goddezz Boutique
Delivery time 6 hours, when placing my order I saw pictures of what looked like popcorn. So i chose the one that didn’t look like popcorn.. I don’t want popcorn…If I would have known I would get popcorn i would have picked the other picture.update you photos regularly with the current product. Get more drivers. Post pictures saying popcorn lower the price a bit it will still sell because it’s good then people know what they are buying problem solved. – Gravenlord
I like this place I think it’s really beautiful on the inside and they always have really good deals on top shelf brands, and I love their marketing calendars so I can plan when I really want to spend a lot of money on certain days. I had an issue where I was a bit shorted and this place took responsibility for it even though it was definitely the brands fault and I really appreciate that. What stood out most to me was how she truly listened and engaged in conversation, even when we talked about things outside of marijuana. I would like to take the time to shout out a great bud tender that works the drive Thur throughout the week. “Kirk with the work “ The best at his job !! Also the ladies!!! from the receptionist to the great bud tenders always knowledgeable about products and recommendations! Thank you all for the great customer service experience for the past years. Unfortunately Bryce that works the drive Thur over the weekend. Was irritable ,frustrated , offered plenty excuses for the horrible customer service . His lack of knowledge of product and recommendations tremendously highlights the other employees great attributes.
