Sad to see what was once a decent dispensary devolve into such a dumpster fire. They turned their back on medical patients, no longer offer delivery, and overcharge for stems and leaf. – Scott

The staff here is amazing for starters. Compassionate care, support, and assistance with the whole process. Prices seem to be in line with other dispensaries in Maryland plus they deliver!!! I am beyond satisfied with EVERYTHING. Even the location makes it convenient and feel safe coming here. 5 stars! This place is great!!! – Gretchen Lane

I had to come back and change my low rating to higher rating after what I experienced during their St Patty’s day sale. Wow! I was only in there 45 minutes which I thought would have been twice as long with all the people coming for the great deal! They had computer crashes and handled it like a boss! Always a pleasure to deal with the staff. Prices have dropped! Good variety of meds. Only problem is they didn't give me my veterans discount! 2nd time. I even mentioned it to the staff that took my order ahead of time. Come on guys I shouldn't have to remind you every time. Delivery is great, at least I get my discount. – Andy Kochera

Poor customer service and careless! I drove my husband here, he went in and got his medication, then on the way home (30 miles away) realized there was no label on his bottle, the bag, or anywhere. I called and explained this to them and they said they would email me a copy of the receipt, which I received shortly after. Now keep in mind, it is illegal to have prescribed marijuana without a label with his name, patient ID, etc. on it, this could cause him to get into trouble if we get pulled over. Luckily we made it home without any problems. A few days later I took him back to Wellness to get more. Once again in the same week, my husband left without a label or receipt! I immediately called Wellness and spoke to Michael Klein. He said to his knowledge labels were printing. Once he checked with the employees he was told the labels were not printing. So the employees let patients leave with their meds knowing they didn't have labels!!!! This is very careless on their part and could cause a lot of problems! Mr. Klein said they would email me a receipt, but I never got it. So a day later I sent an email explaining that I never received their email, but I never got a response. You would never leave a pharmacy with prescribed medication without a label, would you? I am so disappointed in this dispensary!! – Kimberly West
