Been coming to this store several times a week for the past 3+ years. 2 hours ago went in and waited at least 10 minutes at the check in window before either of the 2 new girls even greeted me or asked for ID. I bought a grape flavored cartridge and pack of joints. Got home and realized the cartridge was indica. Went back 20 minutes ago with the unopened cartridge and receipt and explained i didn't realize it was the indica strain. The girl refused to exchange it for sativa (same price, same brand) I asked to speak with manager as I know most of the employees, she said she was the manager. Ill try again tomorrow but this is completely unacceptable. I could understand if I had opened the box or didn't have a receipt but they most likely just lost a lifetime customer. – ashley stovin

I would give this -1 review if I could. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but the customer service by Jordan has forced me too. I buy Wyld CBD strawberry 🍓20 cbd to 1 thc, for sleep, every month at the end of the month for the sale price for years. I have always received the correct product. Unfortunately, Jordan was not paying attention and grabbed me raspberry instead of strawberry. raspberry is straight THC. For someone that does not use THC this could’ve been horrible. I noticed when I got home and was unpacking the bag that he gave me a raspberry instead, So I went back to exchange the product Because it was his mistake for giving me the wrong product. Not only can they not exchange it they did nothing to correct the situation. Besides, give me a really bad unsympathetic. I’m sorry. Now I am very hard of hearing and wear hearing aids so when he claimed he missed heard the difference between raspberry and strawberry I’m like what ??I don’t think so ,those two don’t get confused even when I’m not wearing my hearing aids. They have hired better customer service in the past and I’ve always had great customer service there but they need to get rid of Jordan because he’s a space cadet that can’t pay attention to what he is grabbing and this cost people their hard earned money. FYI jordan If you know you have trouble hard of hearing you should repeat back to the person what they asked for but to me this is just a lame excuse to cover up. You’re a really bad mistake and trust me. This would’ve been really bad if I had taken these. And it was really bad because it cost me money 💰. – Tanya F

The two young ladies that were the bud tenders this evening were amazing! They were dealing with an absolute nightmare of a person. He was so disrespectful, and obnoxious. Just the worst. The place was packed full of people and very stressful. The way those young ladies handled them selves with absolute patience, and amazing composure! I could not have done a better job. They were absolutely amazing! I will always and forever only shop at Western Oregon Dispensary. You know how to hire stellar employees!! – Brandon Annunzio

Stopped in here this afternoon and purchased some Gummies from Taylor !! This was my first visit here since their other store at Cedar Mill is closed for construction. Wow, it's a completely different vibe at this location, Taylor was amazingly sweet and kind and everyone seemed to be very happy working there. I think I found my new store …….even though it is a little bit extra of a drive. Thanks again Taylor, you were awesome and your smile……. is just what I needed at the end of a long day. – R a m
