I was very impressed with the level of customer service. From the first call, Chris provided helpful and informative guidance that made a great first impression as a new customer. When I arrived at the store, Mary greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the available incentives, including discount days and the rewards program. I was fortunate to visit on the first of the month and receive the 30% discount—such a great bonus! We were soon helped by Heather, who was absolutely amazing. She made us feel completely comfortable and explained everything in detail with confidence and care. Decided to stop by this dispensary since it was the closest to my hotel. Getting there I entered the dispensary and was greeted by two lovely ladies in the front desk. Once I was allowed in the dispensary itself I was greeted by Eric. Oh boy did I get lucky! Eric greeted me with a big smile and wasted no time in helping me find what I needed! Extremely helpful and such a positive attitude! Eric had such a positive vibe to him I felt confident in listening to what he had to say and recommend. Im glad I did, because I was beyond satisfied with my purchases. I’ve never been an edible guy, but he convinced me to try a small dose of them! They did not disappoint! Today I did an online call with Cara, Which I enjoy seeing and talking to whenever I come to Wheelhouse, Port Hueneme, I’ve been a VIP customer for quite some time and the service that Cera! I’m not quite sure that’s how you spell her name but she is an impeccable employee. I always use her advice and I’m always pleased with the results anytime. I ask her a question. She’s always very friendly and kind on the phone. Please take care of Sarah for me because she’s one of the reasons why I come to Wheelhouse Port Hueneme.
