I was given the wrong item in an online order and I couldn't get through to anyone for a few days. Once I managed to talk to someone they more than made up for the error. The receptionist, I believe her name was Tracy, was great and a huge help. – Julio Hernandez
The staff and the security here are very un helpful. I travelled all the way here to be turned away because I have an international drivers licence as ID. I offered to show them a picture of my passport or US visa but they weren’t interested and denied me entry. Shame on you for this discrimination. – Noah Evans
