I took a chance coming here while visiting from out of state, and I have to say I was really disappointed. When you’re traveling—especially coming from the Midwest—you expect people to be at least somewhat friendly or welcoming. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. Even though there were still 45 minutes before closing, I felt like the staff was in a hurry to move me along. There wasn’t any effort to engage in conversation or even a simple welcome. It felt very transactional—like pulling through a fast-food drive-through—rather than a thoughtful customer experience. I even mentioned it was my first time there, and there was no acknowledgment or attempt to make the visit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful facility, which makes the lack of warmth even more disappointing. Customer service sets the tone, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to return. – Amanda G
