Everything that I've gotten from Zaza Dreamland is leaps and bounds better than the products from tobacco shops and ANY other cannabis retailer I've experienced. The service is informative and friendly. Zaza Dreamland keeps with it so you never find old products and they do they jobs with professionalism and devote themselves to the responsibilities that are expected of the surrounding community. Legal marijuana is still a new thing but Zaza Dreamland is legit and safe. I've been smoking my ENTIRE life. I don't drink so I smoke weed. These guys make it easy. I believe most of the bad reviews left here are due to customers really not understanding the process of shopping here. In my own experience, Zaza Dreamland has always provided me great service and high quality product that I would refer to anybody. They have been extremely informative about their products, appointment times, and everything in-between regarding my shopping experience with them. If you’re used to walk-in dispensaries, where you walk-in, sit in a lobby, and wait for your turn to shop such as in states like Michigan or California— this is not how this place operates. Reach out to them first, go through their approval process & I’ll guarantee you’ll have an excellent shopping experience with them like I have had! You can not just walk-in here, so be aware of that before you make the trip to go see them! – Daniel Wong

Worst experience ever!! After I just got approved (after days of on and off messaging with them and rude or confusing responses) the day I should make an appointment, they said they do not allow new customers anymore (I've been approved for one night). So I guess I can not have an appointment. MIND YOU, the lady on Instagram told me to message them the next day at 10am for an appointment, then proceeded not to answer anymore. And when I text them they just send 2 photos of messages that are 2 pages long but do not answer to my question at all. Do not waste your time, because this is what it is, a waste of time. – Ways Money
