I believe most of the bad reviews left here are due to customers really not understanding the process of shopping here. In my own experience, Zaza Dreamland has always provided me great service and high quality product that I would refer to anybody. They have been extremely informative about their products, appointment times, and everything in-between regarding my shopping experience with them. If you’re used to walk-in dispensaries, where you walk-in, sit in a lobby, and wait for your turn to shop such as in states like Michigan or California— this is not how this place operates. Reach out to them first, go through their approval process & I’ll guarantee you’ll have an excellent shopping experience with them like I have had! You can not just walk-in here, so be aware of that before you make the trip to go see them! – Daniel Wong
Just paid $35 for a Lyft from Hopkins since google said you were open until midnight. Arrived and you were closed! Shame on you…the other reviews were so positive too! Will be spending my money elsewhere now – CHASE

Yeah, so this place sent me on some weird ass scavenger hunt. I guess, I do not recommend. Unless you like random adventure with no success and an AC dripping on you the whole time while talking to some dude was reading the same thing that you were forced to read like 17 times now. – Bogdan Balajel
