I had my first visit to this dispensary on Tuesday or Wednesday, and I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere was lovely, and they even offered coffee, bananas, and water, which was such a nice touch. When I walked in, everything looked beautiful. Rasia was incredibly friendly and helpful. She definitely made my experience special! I can't wait to come back. The difference between them and EMBR's & 6 Bricks is their staff. 6 Bricks & EMBR's has great customer service while unfortunately at Zaza Green, they seem to have a gang like mentality over there. From my experience, I was banned for making the representatives feel uncomfortable without any verbal disputes. Its been close to half a year and there has been no concrete reason still till this day as to my ban which shows a lack of urgency & care for their customers. Not only that I'm sure they neglected their protocol/directory to resolving this miniscule issue. So the other surrounding dispensaries from my experience is better. If you think I'm lying, give them my name Ashdon Reynolds, and ask for the details on my case…and the concrete reason for my ban. 🫟 – Ashdon.R
This place has always had the best vibes. I frequently go because of their budtender KyRasia Charles. I have sickle cell anemia (SS) and when I have pain flare ups. (Crisis) or just need things to boost me through the day. She takes her time listened to my health issues and updates and finds the perfect strand/blend to help me overcome my physical issues. (Pain) so thank you Zaza Green you kept this man/business owner moving. – Robert Ffrench
Had a great experience with Juan the front desk person. He was very friendly and offered us coffee and banana’s. Our cashier/ bud tender Justin was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some good products. All around excellent customer service they also have great prices and have different specials everyday. I would definitely recommend coming here. – Zanna Roderiques
