Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary

You guys fail miserably, I contact you about an issue with the flower I bought from your dispensary. Was told when I complained that it was so dry not useable. Your reply is it’s a matter of preference. Then, 3 managers later, after a ton of emails back & forth wasting my time. I get a reply of it’s a preference & there was nothing they could do, Almost an entire month wasted. Why bother even answering me if you’re going to treat me like trash. Your company obviously doesn’t value its customers. Should I say EX customer. I’ll never ever step foot I. One of your stores. Very poor customer service, very frustrating to deal with. – Michael Skolnick

This location is within walking distance of my home, making it a convenient option; however, repeated experiences have been extremely frustrating. When arriving at the drive-thru to pick up an online order, I waited an excessive amount of time without any acknowledgment. During this time, I could clearly hear a female employee openly ranting to a male employee-whom I understand to be named Corey-about her dissatisfaction with an unrelated situation, which I chose not to engage in. Despite pressing the call button multiple times, no one came to assist me. I then attempted to call the store directly to request assistance, but no one answered the phone. After finally receiving some response, I was informed that the store was short-staffed with only two employees working and that the Lead was unable to address my concerns or frustration at that time. Additionally, Corey refused to provide the name of the Lead or the store manager when I requested this information in order to provide appropriate feedback. This lack of transparency and accountability further contributed to my dissatisfaction. This review is being left as a direct result of these repeated service failures and poor management practices. While this location was once convenient, I have decided to travel farther and complete my transactions elsewhere. Convenience does not outweigh inadequate management, and this location would benefit from a complete change in leadership. – Curious Sinner

This place is the best dispensary in vegas, they really take care of their customers. The rotating deals they offer really help for a heavy smoker like myself. The budtenders are super friendly, helpful, and very sweet. Bee with the curly hair is my favorite, she goes out of her way to get me the best deals and flower available. The best place I’ve ever been to. The convenience of the drive thru and the customer service was amazing. They had CBD only products ready to go and I’m grateful for this please. Devann had an amazing personality and provided quality service through and through. I will definitely be coming back and hope the whole city of Vegas gives this place business.
