This is the place to get your goods! It's very clean & organized. I felt safe due to the ID check at the locked door. Keep your ID out though – they will check it again at the counter. It's highly, highly suggested to make your order online before going to the store if you are not filling a prescription as there is nothing on display here. You have to know what you are going to buy before you go in. Their website is easy to use but not a lot of information about the products are available. Nice staff. – Chrissy Avalon

They are kind and full of smiles. Truly nice people. I don't know if they taste test before they open. But they love their job. I doubt that is the reason for the smiles. Just kidding, go see them, they are a cool group. – Lee Derringer

Update: Changed from 3 to 5 stars, after a few more tries going in after leaving the review they’ve been doing great. Honoring the online pickup line again and actually decently staffed the past few times I’ve gone. Thank you for listening to concerns it made a huge difference!! (: The staff are all so kind and helpful or else it’d be a much lower review, but I’ve given this dispo a few chances and every single time I’m picking up an online order I can’t get in and out without ar least a 20-30 minute wait. There used to be a line for online orders and they took it away, now they prioritize walk in’s who have no idea what they want over the people who already ordered and could be fast transactions, and so their lines both fill up super quick. Customer service is a 10/10 otherwise but their management needs to figure it out- having three people working on a busy Friday is crazy. – cas ruby

Not good for newbies. If you walk in, you’ll be rubbing elbows with other people while working with botonist. There’s more privacy at the urinal troughs at ball fields since there are unspoken rules everyone follows there. The same cannot be said here. Rather there’s an air of curiosity. Online orders confusing: website tracking states to check text for CONFIRMATION and updates. Text message states to check email for status and updates. Email is a duplicate of text. After an hour I’m still not sure if my order is confirmed. Hoping online will update from “verifying” to processing. I've been to 3 of the 4 dispensaries in Canton, and this has been the best so far. Price is the most important thing to me, and they seem to have the best prices in town. Just got a really good looking purple strain for a lot less than the competition. If the quality and prices stay consistent, I will be back. – Seth
