Zen Leaf Dispensary Chicago (Pilsen)

I purchased from this place 3 times, the first two was a good experience but the third is when I was sold some pre rolls that basically had dust in them that came out in the container that I received them in and it all came out to the point that I was only left with paper and a little dust left over in them. And when I went back to let them know of what I found after I opened the container, I was informed that it's nothing they could do and I would have to contact customer care from a card they giving me, which I am not the person who have the information they asking for they asking for serial numbers and etc. so I gotten no real help and now I'm just out of money that I don't have to throw away. So be careful when purchasing from this place and check your product before leaving the relief I've gotten from this situation was none👎🏿 – blambino01

I was assisted by Hyniah today and couldn’t have had a better experience. Every time I come in there’s a long wait and usually a bad experience. She also educated me on some products I had questions about. I now look forward to my next visit, and hopefully get met with more welcoming and knowledgeable staff like herself. – Tony (GoldBoys)

Thanks to the very rude black man working the front desk I will not be back. I was refused service by another employee due to leaving my ID at home (which was fine, I respectfully accepted that as it was my own fault). I took a seat in the lobby just to wait on my ride (as I had just traveled very far to this location in 90 degree weather). The black man next to him told me, a former regular customer, I could not wait indoors because I “don’t have ID” and made me go outside. What a joke! Zen Leaf Pilsen doesn’t have to worry about ever getting my business again. There are many other dispensaries in Chicago that don’t treat customers like this. – Virginia Tims

Viviana, the best. She's very knowledgeable of the products. She was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the products. It was my first visit, and looking forward to many more.
