Matthew should be asking the right questions to better understand/ educate a person who might not be knowing things or have knowledge. When we serve customers we should understand that not everyone knows or like me I sent my husband to pick up an order and he didn’t know at all how things works. Also, as a manager myself it’s important to use sense of urgency. However, there was no line only 2 customers with cashiers and Matthew was acting like the store was full trying to rush my husband out quickly. When I asked my husband about how many stars he said I’ll give him 0. I believe in second opportunities and in people get better out of a bad day so I am hoping and rooting to have a better service next day we go. – Milly Flores
The great experience at Zen STARTS from the entrance door to the exit door. You step in at Zen Leaf you first see one of the most humble and most welcoming security guards (Rodriguez Harrell) he meets you with the largest smile and positive attitude , then you move to the front desk and you meet more nice people, then you get to check out and your experience gets more sweet . Im happy to meet such great people ( staff) Tafari, Carmona, David, Mike, Matthew, Devaughn etc sorry if forgot to mention other names ( you all are great).
