I hate the idea of rating one bud tender to the other. I love this location, the staff is always on point, they're all great, kind, helpful people. Prices can be hit or miss sometimes, you might find something better for a better or same price at a different dispo, that's just how the market works and varying discount days, but generally I find Zen to be the most modestly priced, great location, good prices and great staff so Zen is 9/10 my first stop! Be sure to tip, too! These people are working hard and they deserve it! $5-$7 isn't the end of the world if you're spending $100+ – Wilson F (Trey)

I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the way the manager at this dispensary handled things was completely unprofessional. I had an issue with a product I purchased—something that could’ve been easily resolved with basic customer service. Instead, the manager was condescending, dismissive, and made it very clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Rather than listening or offering any kind of solution, they doubled down on being rude and made me feel like I was the problem for even bringing up a concern. A manager is supposed to set the tone for their team, and unfortunately, their attitude showed. If this is how management treats paying customers, it reflects poorly on the entire business.
