I bought a product last week that doesn't work at all. Just heard from the "replacement team" that the store credit I'll be getting isn't even a 50% refund. They requested video evidence which I provided. I've had a similar issue with a different product at a different dispo and I got a replacement without needing to jump through a bunch of hoops. As a previous long time customer I will be returning to use my store credit and then never coming back. I do not recommend this place at all. Update: Thank you for your reply but this was the email I reached out to the first time. They are the ones who passed me off to the IL Replacement Team. I'm not going to email them again just to get stuck in the same loop. – Katherine Baker
I would have easily given 5 stars, but as far as I’m concerned now, I got screwed out of my 60 bucks in redeemable points when I came in ON my birthday! I was in a couple days earlier and was asked if I wanted to use my points and said no, I was saving them for my birthday in a few days. So I came in on August 21st and heard all this crap about the new system and they couldn’t access my points! I threw such a FIT, I felt sorry for the bud tender but that’s it. I talked to a manager on my last visit, a very unpleasant person who acted like I was intruding on her day. She asked me what my email address was and said that the system isn’t capable of looking at my account prior to the change, and she would speak to someone about it. I assumed that someone would contact me, but that hasn’t happened either. So I’m telling you, when I come in next, if I’m out of luck on my 60 bucks, I’m leaving and taking all my business elsewhere. I did it with Consume, that’s how I ended up at Zen Leaf to begin with. I’m only loyal to companies that are loyal to me now. So I’m sure if and when I do go back, that nobody’s gonna even know what I’m talking about! I should’ve known something was up there, a LOT of my favorite employees are no longer there! It’s your loss, you can check how much money I sent there. Update: I got an email from them and called them like they asked. Of course they can’t do anything for me, so I said I’m out and taking my business elsewhere! – Ruth Bonilla
