After great customer service on the phone, I went to pick up my order. Everyone was incredibly nice, but there was a specific employee who was exceptional; Lanie. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and positive! She helped the gentleman in front of me with all his questions in a very friendly and polite manner and very patiently. She was incredibly friendly and helpful to me as well. Having a lot of customer service experience myself, I can say with confidence that Lanie is great at her job! The interiors are always nicely laid out and the staff is always greeting and this staff here is no exception to the rules or standard.
