I rolled into Elizabeth 3 months ago for a job in town. I've been going here since I got here. The facility is well presented and the staff is incredibly professional. I've dealt with so many different members of the staff and they have all had different helpful insights on the various types of products offered. Nobody has appreciated my time more than Zaire, bro has consistently taken the time and remembers a little about our conversations and offers helpful, personal insights about products that he reccomends. Please let me reiterate that I've had nothing but good experiences with the various staff members, but I wanted to take a moment to shout out Zaire. This establishment is fun to visit, the wait times are generally small and the staff has a sense of humor. I'll miss stopping by, definitely will eventually in the future if I ever come back out to Jersey – K
This is my third visit to the Zen Leaf location, and as an out-of-town visitor, I appreciate this establishment. My girlfriend, who is a lifelong resident of Elizabeth, often prefers Zen Leaf due to my hesitance to purchase from local shops. Typically, I rely on Leafly Lead to help me decide what I’d like to buy, and my experiences have generally been pleasant. However, during my last visit, I interacted with a representative named Louis, and I must admit I left feeling somewhat uncomfortable. I understand that not everyone has ill intentions; I work hard for my money and appreciate being treated with respect. Given the growing diversity in Elizabeth, I hope that team members can develop a better awareness of their surroundings and approach customers with kindness and understanding. My girlfriend was unable to accompany me due to her expired ID, which contributed to the atmosphere during my visit. Unfortunately, Louis's demeanor felt unwelcoming and made me feel uneasy. As a female customer, I found the interaction somewhat intimidating. I would appreciate a more positive experience in the future, where I feel safe and valued. This was my first time going to a legal dispensary and let me tell you it was quite a different experience. The staff as soon as you walk in greet you with a smile and right away are looking to provide service . The girls at the front desk made the experience enjoyable and explain to you the more you spend the bigger the discount .
