I’ve been here twice now and all of the staff are so kind and have great energy. I had an awesome sauce experience with Janiya today! I loved the who helped me my first time here as well, her name I accidentally forgot but she has longer black hair and wears a black mask and I think glasses probably. 10/10 would recommend! – jules o
BEST dispensary around! I have been coming to this particular location for about a year now. Since my first visit, the staff have gone above & beyond to educate, assist, or answer as many questions I could possibly think of. So yesterday I ran into a problem. Mind you, I am not one to complain if my “food is cold”, however I was having an issue with the product I purchased the day before. I knew it was most likely a “bad batch” from the brand, and not a Zen Leaf problem. I was bummed yet super anxious about going in because who likes to complain? Not this girl… I had so much anxiety on the drive there. I figured I would call and see how the process typically works. I spoke with the sweetest girl, but can’t remember her name. She was so and kind and helpful. The employees are/were nothing short of professional and understanding of my concern. The product was easily replaced with a new one. I was in shock how simple the process was.. All around what could have been a negative or anxiety filled experience, turned into a cake walk. Y’all are such valuable team, and what you do is seen. Shopping here has been a positive experience each time, from kind and attentive staff who take the time to explain their products and just a really welcoming vibe overall (as someone with anxiety disorder who doesn’t do a lot of in-person shopping, I used to feel anxious about the process and the selection, but I’ve never felt judged or unwelcome, which I appreciate at lot). Today was special day and Kim took the time to talk to talk to me and totally understand what I needed. I think all employees should take a note from her.
