I liked this place! Close, staff is friendly and quick. Been coming here 2-3 times per week since I moved here in Dec. Today, was my last visit. The clerk couldn't open the quarters so, she just didn't give me proper change and stole $0.75? This would have just gone in the tip jar anyway, but not saying anything and thinking that customers won't notice theft is not better than showing humility and saying you can't open the quarter roll!!! – Silis V

I called and stated I would pay in coins. The girl said it was cool on the phone. I get there and the black tall bud tender with dreads makes me count the coins with him and makes mean jokes the entire time. It was very embarrassing already bringing coins and I feel he made an unnecessary show of it. I did it once before with a girl there and she was pretty understanding and cool. Not him. Also he tried to flirt beforehand when I was there and tbh I do better than that … – Alice Wood

This has been my go to place since they took over 25Trees, I also visit their other locations in Tacoma. But lately I've been kinda put off by the fact that they always text saying that my online order is ready, just for me to arrive and they still have yet to pick the items from the shelf. I give ample time even after they have confirmed my order is ready, not received, ready. This is normally only a minor nuisance, the reason I'm writing about this today is because multiple times now I have made the order several hours (think 11AM to pick up around 330PM) only to find that my order has not only not been picked, but that they no longer have what I ordered and am offered whatever the budtender thinks is comparable. I appreciate the options, but wouldn't it be easier to just pick the order I placed? I choose what I choose for a reason, just because the alternatives offered have partly same names, or from other growers, they are not what I ordered. Not all buds, or brands, smoke or affect the same way. It's disappointing that such a simple process has become so hard to maintain. – Alex Lloyd
