Love the prices here, but the customer service needs work. I’ve been in multiple times where the staff is too fixated on chatting with each other to acknowledge customers. Also, the separate online order counter is frustrating—no one ever seems to staff it, so you end up waiting forever before giving up and going to the regular line. It was late, 11:15 p.m., I didn't have enough time to make it back to the one on my side of town, which is just a few minutes up from my house. So I opted to go the opposite way from home to pay these guys a visit. As always, with every zips location, I was greeted with a smile and a very kind bud-tender. She was very sweet and we were even able to conversate a little on our day. I give these guys five stars, no matter what location you go to, you'll always get fast and friendly service with a smile, and more commonly than not, a cute smile from a beautiful girl. Their selection of products is fantastic and they always go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. Definitely worth the stop. I rarely use anyone else. If there is a zips close enough to me, I pick them. Download the zips app, and unleash a world of marijuana products that you can browse before you get there or while you're standing in line. I've also even been able to add stuff to my cart and when I get up to the counter they can either pull it up on their end, after check out of course, or you can just show them your screen and they'll be glad to fulfill your order. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years since I moved to Washington. I usually have a great experience, but tonight was quite different. I waited over 5 minutes in line before someone finally greeted me. The girl helping me was completely preoccupied with side conversations and didn’t seem to notice me at all. I’ve noticed that they frequently change their staff, and some of the bud tenders earlier in the day have more knowledge and provide better customer service. I’ll definitely be returning, but I’ll be making sure to avoid certain individuals. – Alcia Jason
