I drive 45min+ out of my way past multiple other dispensaries for this shop. The staff are incredible. The selection is unmatched. Carissa at this location (I hope I spell that correctly) even made a custom order for me from a grow I especially wanted, and got it for me. Holy moly. I’m a regular here and have been for years. These guys are a blessing. They have a huge selection and their prices are very competitive. The staff are friendly and there’s virtually no wait time. If you find a better price(which is hard to do) they’ll beat it. They also have amazing deals on glassware and devices, and carry almost any accessory you can think of! It’s basically a one stop shop. They were offering 50% off on certain days but I think it’s every day now. Their menu is always up to date although the app hasn’t been working recently – Brandon Johnson

I’m so excited that I’m able to find Rove’s Live Resin Diamond Pod at this Zips location! This vaporizer is extremely smooth and taste amazing! And its also very convenient to be able to get reloadable pods and reuse the battery. I can’t wait to try all of the strains! – Rene Harwell

Have shopped here for years now and I’m done with this place. Over the last year, it has become apparent that the staff are uneducated and just toss out suggestions based on the price. Just this Monday I was there, and had a younger employee tell me that they were showing me a 100% indica flower. I said really? 100%? Oh yes, that’s why I love this one so much. (She told me) Then i showed her the label that said.. 60% sativa 40% indica. ITS ON THE LABEL and they have no clue. If you try and get something with a specific taste profile, or gassy vs non gassy, etc, they have no idea and no desire to understand. They act like they do, but you get it home and it’s garbage- not even close to what you were describing.. I was looking specifically for a flower profile and I asked her why she was recommending one strain to me… she replied, that’s all I can think of off the top of my head. That was all she could come up with. ONE. That person has no right selling weed to anyone- Zios doesn’t care or this would have better qualified sales people. The displays are all dark and crowded and are only from the waist down for flower so you have to kneel down in front of the counter where other customers are standing- it’s just not at all pleasant or convenient….so you can’t really see anything until they bring it out and they offer to show one or two, then stare at you impatiently waiting for you to make your choice. It’s become more about the social aspect (because i noticed that as long as you’re under 30, it’s a whole different vibe and it’s quite obvious the difference in the service) and less about good customer service. Almost like they think people over a certain age don’t deserve respect and can’t possibly know what we want when we’ve been smoking since before these workers were born! They act like the customer should just take what they offer and not expect to get something we will truly will enjoy. For those of us old hippies- it’s not a fun way to buy product. No more spending my $$ and tipping to a crew of workers who truly don’t care if you like what you purchase. Too many other dispensaries around who stock and display with the all customers in mind, staffed by friendly, educated people who care about the quality and the service. Gotta say, tonight I did not expect to talk so long with a budtender. Usually I’m the one taking super long, I always love my service here and the managers are the best I’ve met in any business yet. My point I’m making is tonight I was pleased, my bad day turned upside down into a good one, and my loneliness curbed by one interaction. The woman in the pink hoodie with the white sweater over top that had a blue MK on the chest, my heart goes out to her. Manager on duty I’m sorry I forget her name, she always remembers mine and she has short brown hair and curls is super sweetly I want to compliment her as well because she’s always given the same energy to me as well. Now back to my point this women have me the best info and I love learning especially about cannabis, I used to aspire to be a budtender and study the science to turn it into medicine, I knew a lot of what she said until bham she kept hitting me with facts that made me realize woah and just God bless her and everyone around her. She’s so smart and so beautiful and I enjoyed the conversation and information shared because not only did I learn something new but it helped me in the long run with life and at home. This woman is a girls girl! And that manager yall, she need a raise bro, you got her working so much and she does so good at her job and I could go on about her too and Jacob I hope he still works there cuz bro these 3 people you all the best. Also discounts are always the best but even better are these people help me find the best bang for my buck ALWAYS and are never afraid to yap with me or to me or hear me yap to them and again they find the best weed for me always cuz they really listen to me not just as a customer but as a person and that’s rare to find. – Schm Family
