I love this place and have been coming since this location opened! Everyone is top notch and seems genuinely willing to help except Grace. She just seems irritated at our presence and the questions we have to ask. This is anytime I get assistance from her. I’ll definitely keep coming back- I love the selection and majority of the crew. She hasn’t been there as long as most of the other bud tenders, just messes up the friendly welcoming vibe :/ – Ellie W
Grant it… I spent only $20 on outdoor smoke but I tried to return because weed was brown, which is mold from closed pkg. Told over the phone it was ok to return. Got there on the bus…long trip…Mgr said he can't because I opened the pkg. Now…how are you supposed to know the quality when you can't peek to see. Seems to me this is done to hide selling old and moldy weed. Not to mention I haven't received any of my percentage off for visits. Not returning at all. – Dj Carrie

I didn’t get the young lady that was at the desk name ( young African American w/ponytail) she was so kind, greeted me soon as I walked in with a beautiful smile. House of dank is my favorite dispo in the area, good prices and weekly deals, all of the staff is so friendly and Noah especially brings a smile to my face every time I do a curbside pickup. HIGHly recommend (see what I did there?) – Kali Heft
