Wow ! What an amazing selection they have! Dank has all of the products you would expect to see in great variety and more. Yes, they even have clothing. Zoe provided my customer service and was phenomenal! She was very attentive and informative about her products. When I was about to make my final purchase, I decided to purchase more. ((Great product and great service tends to have that effect on people)) The normal prices are really good but please take advantage of their happy hour times. Yup! I even got a good deal. I placed an order online and was told the usual “10–30 min” wait. We ended up waiting over an hour with the status stuck on “preparing order.” No update. No communication. Just silence. Then the place closes without fulfilling the order. I went in anyway hoping for some basic decency, and instead got hit with, “Sorry, we’re closed we can’t do anything for you.” No accountability, no offer to make it right, just blank stares and excuses. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me directly just nodded at someone else to dismiss me. If this is how they handle customers, they don’t deserve your business. Time is valuable, and I won’t be wasting mine here again. Too many dispensaries out here doing it better. – Alexx Howard
