House Of Dank is hands down the best dispo in Lansing. No doubt, argument, confusion, or three ways about. Hottest, smartest tenders; loudest trap, wildest customers, best products. Only one little problem and Ima say it so you can read my lips on camera: PARENT COMPANY NEED TO EMPOWER MODs TO MAKE LOCAL DECISIONS OF CONSEQUENCE FOR THEIR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. THIS MEANS A DISCRETIONARY CREDIT CARD SO THEY CAN PAY FOR SNOW REMOVAL TO KEEP THE PARKING LOT SAFE FOR STAFF AND. CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A NO BRAINER. The manager at HOD is one of the most conscientious retail professionals I have encountered in 14 months in the Lansing Area. I caught myself giving him a hard time today for not looking out for the people and clearing the lot of snow and ice. THAT IS HOW CORPORATIONS LOSE GOOD PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY MANAGERS, YOU DONT EMPOWER THEM TO ACT ON THEIR CONSCIENCE BUT THEN WANT TO TELL HIM WHY HE GOTTA ACT AGAINST IT. THIS MAN TAKES CARE OF YOUR STAFF AND. CUSTOMERS AND DOES THE KIND OF JOB THAT CANT BE DONE IF YOU DONT TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY. GIVE HIM A CREDIT. Went to buy last of a strain I liked, came to $15. Tried to use my reward points as I had accumulated $15 in points, told I could use them unless I was getting something else. 2 weeks earlier, I was refused using my points because I was already getting the early bird discount. What's the point of having a reward system if I can never use it. I won't go back, they have gotten the last dollar they are ever gonna get, there's too many other dispensaries. – David E. Duffy Jr.
