I LOVE my experience every time I'm here. Such good quality bud at a great price!!! The bud tenders are great, and I actually take their recommendations (which I rarely do when it comes to weed) and have yet to be disappointed. Great staff, great products, good music every time. I've been quite a few times and will continue to use as my new primary dispensary. Love that they let you, and even encourage you to smell it. The transparency is here. – Asia M
It gets really old ordering products that are listed on your menu and they are never in stock. The manager Evie always says she’s going to take them off, but never does. That menu has so many things on it that you don’t even have in store. I could list five of them right now. So are you listing products that you don’t actually have? Or is employee stealing and the numbers are off? Don’t tell me that it was in stock and it magically sold out in one day because that’s not the case on the items I’ve tried to order. I urge you to look more into your GM and understand the toxic work environment that shes created. It’s very cringe watching her interact with the employees and customers. To the Cake House owners- please look into what I’m saying. You are literally hurting your business by having this person work for you. – Blondie Anne
These people really have the nerve to price a 1g puck of Peninsula Gardens rosin at $55!?? They're $40 on every menu in Michigan.. And then they have the audacity to put it "on sale for 22% off".. bringing it down to $42 BEFORE TAX 🤣🤣🤣 This place is a complete scam. Dishonest pricing and sales. Everything on the menu is $10-$30 over priced and then they put items "on sale" to make you think you're getting a deal. Its not a deal. Even with the sale they're still charging more than anywhere else for the same products. Listing 1g PG rosin for $55 is really unbelievable. Management should be ashamed of themselves for using these types of sales tactics on their customers who keep them in business and employed! We are real paying customers… We're not as dumb as you think! Management here is a joke, and I feel like this company and its management has insulted my intelligence just by scrolling through their menu. Couldn't even imagine going in and shopping. 0/10 Never shopping here. Never referring anyone to shop here. Go anywhere else unless you want to get scammed. This place always has great deals on their products and they have always given me excellent customer service. I have an account and it's easy to place an online order for pickup or simply walk in and say you are shopping. I will be a continued customer of The Cake House. – Melissa Wiley
