Went to this spot after work today, and boy what customer service I got, I got a guy named George ( on the receipt) the actual homie was having cpu issues so not sure if that's his real name, regardless he was an excellent budtender, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as a customer, super friendly, Didn't feel like I was asking to see too much, he was great, there was a woman working to his left that I didn't catch her name but she also was very friendly and even chatted about growing and her phenohunts! She was also extremely helpful letting me know what I needed to know to make the best choice. I honestly never felt that good coming out a dispo and I've been a med patient 10+ years. I LOVE my experience every time I'm here. Such good quality bud at a great price!!! The bud tenders are great, and I actually take their recommendations (which I rarely do when it comes to weed) and have yet to be disappointed. Great staff, great products, good music every time. I've been quite a few times and will continue to use as my new primary dispensary. Love that they let you, and even encourage you to smell it. The transparency is here. – Asia M
It gets really old ordering products that are listed on your menu and they are never in stock. The manager Evie always says she’s going to take them off, but never does. That menu has so many things on it that you don’t even have in store. I could list five of them right now. So are you listing products that you don’t actually have? Or is employee stealing and the numbers are off? Don’t tell me that it was in stock and it magically sold out in one day because that’s not the case on the items I’ve tried to order. I urge you to look more into your GM and understand the toxic work environment that shes created. It’s very cringe watching her interact with the employees and customers. To the Cake House owners- please look into what I’m saying. You are literally hurting your business by having this person work for you. – Blondie Anne
