I been coming up their for a minute now. And I have had mix up with my $$$ from the Tyisha girl. She assumed the last few times my change was fr her tip money. That just dont sit well. How many others she get lik that dont notice. That ain't good business. I'll wait for someone else cause I fr do be supporting this shop. But I dont get how people still got jobs cause as I read she seem to b a issue. – Your Plug
First time customer yesterday. The deals were great, wide range of products and friendly staff. My only complaint: I used the atm…I was charged the $3.50 fee, 3 times on one transaction not sure if that happens every time but I will come with cash from here on out. – Alayna Wells
Went to this spot after work today, and boy what customer service I got, I got a guy named George ( on the receipt) the actual homie was having cpu issues so not sure if that's his real name, regardless he was an excellent budtender, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as a customer, super friendly, Didn't feel like I was asking to see too much, he was great, there was a woman working to his left that I didn't catch her name but she also was very friendly and even chatted about growing and her phenohunts! She was also extremely helpful letting me know what I needed to know to make the best choice. I honestly never felt that good coming out a dispo and I've been a med patient 10+ years. Phenomenal experience. Those two deserve the praise! 🫡 – Atanas Wesolowski
stopped in for our first time at this shop yesterday for 4/20 — this location does NOT do newbies rewards for anyone looking, which is lame i know — but i had placed an online order – drove the 40 minutes to this shop and as i got off the highway the girls up front called me to tell me they cancelled my order because she thought my license was expired but she read my issue date not the expiration date so i had to reshop, read off everything i wanted per my original receipt, the guy who helped my cashier did not pick the right flavors of the items i wanted, and if they didnt have the one they sure didnt ask which i preferred to substitute it with. my cashier Ani was great but it sure seems like the store as a whole is lacking a clear head on its shoulders and needs to take the time to read and process information correctly. probably wont be back to this spot for this lack of proper customer service – Keytin Worley
The Cake House is my go-to dispensary, I spend $200+ a month with them and have always found their products and prices to be fairly reliable. However, the last few times I have made a purchase I’ve had issues with the products. Today I was sold a 5gram bucket of wax that was leaking everywhere, all over the outside, stuck to the label, coating the jar and the lid as well as leaking down to the crevices of the puck. I am unsure if this is even the correct weight at this point. Very disappointing, as the budtender would have definitely noticed the jar was completely coated in wax. It stuck to my fingers as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. – alyssa Stitt
