Shoutout to Doug for an amazing experience at House of Dank. He was calm, friendly, and incredibly patient while helping me, my dad, and even putting together a large order for my aunt and mom — all with totally different preferences. He took time to explain products, let us smell options, and never rushed us once. Doug truly went above and beyond. Called ahead to make sure they would price match for Jeeters Christmas deals. They agreed over the phone but then refused in store. Called back and the manger insisted on arguing. stating that the person who answered the phone “was a new employee who was just being trained” and once confronted that the employee should have been trained properly, he insisted “sir that’s a security guard”. I truly hope the owner already has concerns for a new manager because this low functioning high on they call a manager, is just disappointing. SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought $7 tarantula pre rolls, on two separate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times have discovered one of the tubes EMPTY!! Double checked receipt and how many were left and everything and nope, they definitely gave me empty tubes! How does that happen? And after waiting 20 minutes in line for them! – Rachelle Slater
