Shoutout to Doug for an amazing experience at House of Dank. He was calm, friendly, and incredibly patient while helping me, my dad, and even putting together a large order for my aunt and mom — all with totally different preferences. He took time to explain products, let us smell options, and never rushed us once. Doug truly went above and beyond. SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought $7 tarantula pre rolls, on two separate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times have discovered one of the tubes EMPTY!! Double checked receipt and how many were left and everything and nope, they definitely gave me empty tubes! How does that happen? And after waiting 20 minutes in line for them! – Rachelle Slater
