I was going to key faithfully. The prices were decent and get a medical discount. I have never had any problem with them before. So I go yesterday it was a new guy… so idk if it was him or what. Idk. But they are supposed to show u the product before they staple it up. He did not. I didn't think was that big of deal considering im such a faithful longtime customer. I get to the car to find inside the stapled bad a BAG THAT WAS TORN OPEN. I was going to go back in but how was I going to prove that it was already opened considering HE DID NOT SHOW ME MY PRODUCT! VERY DISSATISFIED… THE 200-400 I spend weekly for my medicine will now be spent somewhere else. I can't believe they are letting their workers ruin business for them. Very sad. The pics are exactly how it was. I won't be going back there EVER! I still have the bag n the smoke. Which I'm not sure is safe to smoke being it wasn't sealed… SMH I hope they start MAKING their workers show u the product before they staple the bag so this doesn't happen again – Nicole Paey
I've been to a ton of dispensaries all over Cali, Colorado, Illionis and Missouri This dispensary here is truly amazing! My bud tender Cam was incredibly friendly and helpful. After visiting dozens of excellent dispos, Key stands above the rest. The good vibes, the menu, the clean facility. I wish I lived closer so I could come by more often! 10/10!!! – Main Account

Almost a year after my first post and…. still the slowest place weakest selection ( Flora is fighting hard for that second title however ). Mostly rude employees or the employees that are friendly are too friendly and carry on 10-minute conversations with the customer about every product they've ever tried what they like what they dont like ect ect all the while a line people just want to get their stuff and go. There's a line between helping customers find a product and a meaningless time wasting conversation and it's constantly flirted with. I only go here if they have a super good deal or it's just convenient for me cuz I'm in that area. Otherwise the real KEY is to go somwhere else. Oh and the reward system is weak too only get half the earnings you get at GDF or Terrabis. – Roger Davis
