I was going to key faithfully. The prices were decent and get a medical discount. I have never had any problem with them before. So I go yesterday it was a new guy… so idk if it was him or what. Idk. But they are supposed to show u the product before they staple it up. He did not. I didn't think was that big of deal considering im such a faithful longtime customer. I get to the car to find inside the stapled bad a BAG THAT WAS TORN OPEN. I was going to go back in but how was I going to prove that it was already opened considering HE DID NOT SHOW ME MY PRODUCT! VERY DISSATISFIED… THE 200-400 I spend weekly for my medicine will now be spent somewhere else. I can't believe they are letting their workers ruin business for them. Very sad. The pics are exactly how it was. I won't be going back there EVER! I still have the bag n the smoke. Which I'm not sure is safe to smoke being it wasn't sealed… SMH I hope they start MAKING their workers show u the product before they staple the bag so this doesn't happen again – Nicole Paey
I've been to a ton of dispensaries all over Cali, Colorado, Illionis and Missouri This dispensary here is truly amazing! My bud tender Cam was incredibly friendly and helpful. After visiting dozens of excellent dispos, Key stands above the rest. The good vibes, the menu, the clean facility. I wish I lived closer so I could come by more often! 10/10!!! – Main Account

I’ve never shopped at one specific dispo until I started coming here, I loved the promotions, products, and crew there (and still do! I just feel like at some point someone dropped the ball and I’m suffering the consequences) I’m going to show a picture of all the previous pens I’ve gotten from them, and then the most recent one I bought over 4/20 I buy said pen on the holiday, open it on the 24th to notice the weird one and immediately call because if it’s a manufacturer problem then they need to know and replace it or if this is how they come and I’ve been getting an old model. They tell me to come up as soon as I can, I do the following weekend and basically I just tell them what it looks like, that I checked to see if there was any tampering and I didn’t noticed anything, and she basically says that she can take my name and phone number in case it does end up messing up and tells me it’s most likely a manufacturer error. I go on with my days, then yesterday it needs to be charge, I leave it for about 15 cause I was being impatient and it refused to hit. Didn’t even have the flashing light when the battery is dead or anything. So I called and they told me to come in today and I get told that there’s nothing they can do now because it’s outside the 7 day window (which no one had told me about when I had came in the first time) and that they should’ve taken it and replace it day of. I 100% understand needing such a short timed return policy and that I should’ve probably already known that, but I’d never had a problem before to have that knowledge let alone to have for the employees when I do actually have a problem product. I’m going there one last time to use up my points and such but will not be buying another pen and will go back to GoodDay Farms – Camryn Hawkins
