She was incredibly helpful when explaining allotment amounts and how the process works, and she took the time to walk me through the different strains and how they can affect the body. We stopped by to grab a few items last minute & were very happy with our decision to stop. Alice was very friendly & courteous. She was able to answer all our questions & her opinions on items we discussed were knowledgable & sincere. She went so far as to consult a fellow employee on their opinion when she felt she did not have enough experience with a certain item to give us an accurate answer & honest opinion. With the exception of one visit & the employee at that visit, we are always treated well & happy with our experience when we shop here.
