I had a really great experience at this dispensary. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely took her time to make sure I understood everything. Her customer service was unbelievably refreshing—it’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about helping the customer instead of just rushing through the process. She answered all my questions, made helpful recommendations, and created a comfortable, welcoming environment. That kind of service makes a lasting impression. We stopped by to grab a few items last minute & were very happy with our decision to stop. Alice was very friendly & courteous. She was able to answer all our questions & her opinions on items we discussed were knowledgable & sincere. She went so far as to consult a fellow employee on their opinion when she felt she did not have enough experience with a certain item to give us an accurate answer & honest opinion. With the exception of one visit & the employee at that visit, we are always treated well & happy with our experience when we shop here. I’m a casual consumer at best but every time I have come in to either browse or pick up my order everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The last time I was in Jenny helped me in the drive through and was helpful and quick. I also appreciate having treats for our furry friends as well. – Sarah Gordon
The staff was absolutely amazing! The gentleman at the front desk was so incredible kind. He helped get signed up quickly ans easily. Samantha took me back and I explained to her that it was my first time. She walked me through it and helped me pick my product. She was fun and patient with me!!
