This is my go to weekly stop. The flower is unmatched and they have good deals on disposables. I have not met an employee that hasn't taught me something. The amount of knowledge and guidance that is provided helps for a smoother more comfortable process. Whether you know it all or none. This is the stop. I had an amazing experience with Matt. I walked in and told him what I was trying to get: good amount, good thc level, good price. He was quick to give me the best bang for the buck. He was attentive, friendly, personable, and just overall fantastic. I walked out feeling amazing about my purchase. If you’re anywhere near Branson, do yourself a favor and stop at High Profile. I’ve been to plenty of places, but this one sets the bar ridiculously high. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Hammer, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything without rushing us. What really stood out is that she genuinely looks out for customers. When something didn’t seem right, she took the initiative to dig into the account and make sure everything was correct. That level of attention and honesty shows she’s focused on doing the right thing, not just making a sale, and it made a big difference. Also, a big thank you to the manager, Danielle, who truly went above and beyond to make things right for me. Not only did she handle everything professionally, but she did it with kindness and understanding. It’s rare to see that level of customer care, and it made a lasting impression. I'm only in the dispensary 2 or 3 times a year, but when I do go, it's *always* High Profile. Today I went in to pick up a few things for my birthday, and like always, the service was very friendly and quick. I had placed an order for 1:00pm, but my timing was WAY off and I arrived at 11:00am instead. Josh said, "No problem!" and within a minute or two he'd already grabbed my order, rung me up with a smile, and I was on my way. That's what I appreciate most about the folks here, they're efficient, they're friendly, and they're consistent, and in the rare case that I have a question, they really know their stuff! – William Nobles
