I'm only in the dispensary 2 or 3 times a year, but when I do go, it's *always* High Profile. Today I went in to pick up a few things for my birthday, and like always, the service was very friendly and quick. I had placed an order for 1:00pm, but my timing was WAY off and I arrived at 11:00am instead. Josh said, "No problem!" and within a minute or two he'd already grabbed my order, rung me up with a smile, and I was on my way. That's what I appreciate most about the folks here, they're efficient, they're friendly, and they're consistent, and in the rare case that I have a question, they really know their stuff! – William Nobles

The Red River Ford mobile team are great to work with! Jason is the service advisor that reached out to me via text to tell me about a recall notice for my F350. He was able to schedule their mobile tech to come out and take care of the recall within a couple of days. Jason scheduled the visit quickly and easily all over text. A couple of days later Jeremy arrived at my home right on time, told me what he would need to do to complete the recall repair and began his work. Jeremy kept me updated on the progress all along the way. Both Jason and Jeremy were very professional, took the time to answer questions and even gave me updates on additional recalls that they would be able to resolve once the parts were available.
