Thank you to Jacob Edwards for resolving my issue. It took a little while but my issues were resolved and I appreciate that. Which is a good thing because I really do like this dispensary. I like to go inside so I can see what they have to offer would it looks like what it smells like. I’ve been a long term customer of the store and normally the service is impeccable but over the last few months, the experiences I’m having with the newer employees…not as friendly. They act like it’s an inconvenience to take items down from the deli. I was denied a discount because I checked out 3 minutes past the appointed time but I spent over 3 minutes waiting in line to be serviced, not very kind. – Alysse Hendricks

Although I’ve been to Kind Goods many times & always had a great experience, I had to hop on & give a review for Nicholas. Normally I don’t bother writing reviews, but he really took the time to ask about & listen to my needs, then recommended 2 new products that I had never tried & both were amazing.
