I have had a few experiences here that were handled by the manager. I gave them another shot and came back twice so far. I have had exceptional service from budtenders 42330 & 42657. I drive past about 15 or more different dispensaries to come here because you can't beat the prices, the orders are consistent, and the white glove service is appreciated and admired. Coming in and feeling like you are talking to an old best friend and getting exceptional service is hard to find especially in bigger cities where there are dispensaries on every corner. That is what sets kind goods apart from all of those many many other places. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Kind Goods Dispensary and their staff. During my visit, some money accidentally blew out of the drive-thru, and Morgan immediately offered to look for it on her lunch break—which she absolutely did not have to do. That level of kindness truly meant a lot to me. I was thankfully able to find it, and I left her the $20 as a tip because she deserved it. I’ve also had great experiences with Morgan in the past. She previously recommended Hippie Hounds dog treats for my dog’s anxiety, and they worked wonderfully. Morgan is genuinely sweet, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. She’s the kind of person who makes a place feel welcoming and trustworthy. This is the 2nd time in a row ive used the drive thru, handed them cash and exact change and then dont give me the correct change back. Today's transaction had a total with 10 cents so we handed him 10 cents and we got back 90 cents instead of the full dollar. Small transaction issue so retrain your staff on how to use a register before you end up with a customer that isnt happy with their money being stolen. – Jake Bennett
I've been to this dispensary a handful of times now, and every time the staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Colton in particular has excellent people skills. He was able to handle my order, have lively conversation with me, and train a new employee all at the same time. Will definitely be coming back! – Micah Swope
