The outside is a bit deceiving lol, but inside is pristine and well-organized. Knowledgeable staff and an assortment of products. They sit behind the St. Ann Police Station and Community Center off a St. Charles Rock Road. – Chris

I would give 5 stars cause I'm always treated greatly and never have issues with any employees. Why i did 3 stars is cause they need to move their product to an area that is cooler. I've gotten edibles multiple times that are melting cause its warm where they sit all day. I don't want my gummies to be a gaint blob or all stuck together cause the air conditioning doesn't work. Plus why doesn't the air conditioner work or why hasn't it been fixed? Im sure im not the only one whos gotten home and opened up their edibles and they were melting. – Sarah Aden

Switched to this dispensary because the one I was going to shut down. Have had very pleasant experiences with the stuff. They've been very friendly with me and the place seemed clean and inviting (if not quite since it was a slow point of the day). The lobby where you walk in felt cool-ish since its getting warmer out now (high of 86°F with humidty) so you knew there was AC working somewhere. But when I walked back to where I could make my purchase you could feel the temperature shift when you go from a cool room with air circulation and one without. It was stuffy in the bud room where the customers are being helped. I asked if the AC was broke for them. They said no, the only AC they really have is a couple of portable units and industrial fans. Absolutely not! Corporate or whoever is in charge of things like this need to get on it and get these people some AC. Im surprised no one else has complained, especially customers. It sucks as a customer to walk into a store on a hot day and be met with more hot and muggy-ness but to make your employees suffer in that heat? They are lucky it hasnt gotten so hot it becomes a health risk. Come on Heya big wigs, do better. Employees, again, awesome people. Enjoyed every experience so far, but that stuffy feeling walking into the store, no thank you. – Brittany Emerson

My spouse are frequent consumers at this location. The staff is great- this review is for corporate. You all should be embarrassed and incredibly apologetic to your staff at the St. Ann Location. For 3 summers now you all were supposed to fix the AC. It's miserably hot and humid in there all the time. If you're going to force your employees to work in these conditions they deserve raises and you all should be buying them cold drinks to help them make it through the day. I know you have the money to get this fixed, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe you should come work this location for a week and see how they suffer. I had a really disappointing experience at this dispensary. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was cold and unhelpful. The staff seemed uninterested in answering questions and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. To make matters worse, the quality of the product was unacceptable. The flower I purchased looked old and poorly stored, and I’m almost certain it had mold on it. That’s not just bad quality—it’s a serious health concern. On top of that, the deals they advertise are not good at all. The prices are high for what you get, and the “discounts” feel misleading and not worth it compared to other places. Overall, this place felt unprofessional and careless about both their customers and the products they sell. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant experience. – Katie Heilz
