Place is great. Staff is always so kind. They are also knowledgeable on the different strains and dosing on edibles. I love this place and ALL the staff. I have never came and was treated poorly. The care an compassion is consistent every time I go. – Kayla Lange

I have been shopping in here lately great staff but I Came in for a half today and first off I was told 3 days prior the next time I come in I’ll have a %20 percent discount didn’t happen. Second the tender messed up a charge and so I had to recharge my card which cost a fee each time so she stated that she has had it happen previously and just moved along. at this point I lost 6 dollars because of a mistake on heyas end because she charged me for a 3.5 instead of my half oz. The half was 86.22 after tax they had to round to 90 and a 3 dollar charge. I put 93 on my card and it went through but only charged me 45 so I still owed 44 so she then had to round up again to 50 and another 3 dollar charge i put 55 dollars on and paid and after all of that she gave me 6 dollars back so in total i paid 95 dollars for something advertised for 70 dollars i thought the 16 dollar tax was steep but damn a 25 dollar tax dear lord get some people that pay attention to what they are doing and know what they are talking about this girl didn’t. Didn’t know prices didn’t know nothing just another cashier my street plug talks to me more. – Christian Flores

I have put in online pre-orders several times at this location only to arrive and they say we have no pre-order. This has happened on multiple occasions and their reason for it makes no sense. Even though I receive a confirmation email that my order has been received, they claim they never received the order. This never happens to me at any other dispensary in the area. Also, their pricing on flower makes no sense either. They will sell 14 grams for $70 and 28 grams for $150. Who would buy an ounce if you could get two halves for $10 less. They try and say the 14 grams are B buds, but they are not advertised that way and I have gotten both in the past and didn't see any difference in bud size. Who is doing your pricing? Usually the higher quantity is sold at a lower price than if you were to buy the same amount in smaller quantities. Not here! Bring back the better deals in the higher quantity ($99.00 or at least less than $150). – Richard Greene

No need to stop anywhere else. I drive from Bellfountain Neighbors just to be pleasantly greeted every time I walk in. Not to mention Alex. The guy is the best. He always turns me onto the best deals, reminds me of my reward, helps anyway he can. – Kathy Arens
