Ascend Cannabis Dispensary - Fairview Heights

I love the staff here and how easy the ordering menu is to navigate. I always get the peach day offs for hip pain, and they work like a charm. Honestly, every product I've tried here is pretty awesome, and there are constantly deals going on. The location is a little weird to get to but that's not exactly their fault. I recommend giving this place a try if you're in need of a dispensary. – smjaygal

This store has been great up until I questioned the fact they sale Hemp products that have less than .3% of THC. Many products have recently been advertised as 0 % THC. The staff was friendly until I questioned this and when I did their demeaner changed and I was told to go somewhere else. The staff are not well educated on the reason or why the products are now showing 0 % THC. Perhaps these are questions to ask Cultivators instead of uneducated cashiers that doesn't have knowledge of what is considered legally Hemp and Marijuana. I was saving my points for 420. I go on the website pick the items I want and then I go to the app to check my points and it says zero. I’m like no way I haven’t shopped. I’ve been saving it. So then I go to my email to search all of their emails to check my points and the email was sent on the April 11th stating if I have no purchase my points would expire after 90 days why not six months. $25 down the drain. I literally have to go find somewhere else to shop. Plus, it’s hard for me to go shopping because I always have my kid and you can’t bring kids in nor will I leave my kid in the car. But the day that I am able and kid free, my points are gone. Yeah, I’m good on this company. Happy 420. – S Nam

As an out of towner, this was my first visit to a dispensary. The staff was friendly and helpful and had a great variety of products. The only downside was I was limited because of my out of state status ( not Ascends fault) but I was able to get more than enough for a day and could go back everyday while I was visiting. Ascend will definitely be my first stop next time I'm in the Metro East area – Ron Wintersmith

First dispensary I had ever been to years ago and even after a 2 year hiatus from cannabis I’m still coming back! Helpful, friendly staff, easy to use website for ordering a head of time, and I love the different glassware they keep! High-ly recommend :) – Cathlen Carter
