The prices are cool sometimes. I don’t like how they say online orders are priority but everytime I do one before going and always wait at least 15-20 minutes before going back and watch at least 6 people go before me. No way they all have online orders. Do better for people who order online. They’re in more of a hurry than someone who walks in that’s why they order online. – Cherry

Been coming here since they opened both times. As strawberry fields and as Herbal wellness. Wasn't a huge fan of the brand change but the people have always been super cool. There is a wait alot of the time but I put value on the products prices and the people serving. – Sean Rickey

Beginner here! I put in an online order and went to pick up. The experience is very relaxed and the space is comfortable while you wait to pick up your order. They do prioritize online orders over walk-in’s so it’s recommended to shop online before you arrive. I was called back to pay and pick up my order and Mira, my sales associate, noticed I had purchased an incompatible battery for the cartridges I was buying. I had no idea. She quickly fixed the issue and adjusted my order quickly. You must pay with debit or cash. I used the available ATM to withdraw($2.50 fee). My partner also had an order the day before and today. The associates he worked with were also incredible and friendly, but Mira saved me time, money and stress by being proactive. I would recommend this store to anyone! – Boyd Wells

This place was just delightful. Little bit of a wait, but they got through the customers really fast. The young lady with the bright colored hat that helped me was awesome. Definitely aim for this place on my way through again! – Kelly H
