I do enjoy this location, and its employees are kind. However it’s definitely a change in the atmosphere. A lot of the original or older employees who were great I haven’t seen since the strike began, which sucks. Now the wait times have gotten significantly longer, the front desk employees don’t seem as knowledgeable as the previous crew and the prices fluctuate. I’m not sure why the workers decided to strike, but it has definitely affected the business and the customer experience. Get them back, fix whatever issues were happening before the things get worse. Other than that I like this location because it’s convenient for me more than anything else. Oh and you should prioritize medical patients with online orders over rec. Thanks! – Adrienne Edwards
Absolutely fantastic customer service. They helped me get exactly what I needed and then some. I learned a good bit their budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to cater to your needs. They always have fantastic sales going on and its all so affordable. Seems like they've gotten worse since their strike ended. Ever since the workers strike ended they have raised the price on their herbal wellness center flower and it seems like they have less product available. I also thought that the workers that were involved with the strike would be coming back to work as one person said so. I was expecting it to be quicker in and one here with more workers but it doesn't seem like they have any more workers and their checkin and checkout process is still as long of a wait as it was during the strike. – john john
This place has some of the best prices in the city. I went there for the first time yesterday and got 5.66 grams for 24 after tax. The bud I got from them was great and is from a brand I've had before and liked. The only negatives I saw was that they had workers/past workers out front protesting against the business. It left a bad impression on me when going there. I hope they are treating their employees right. It's wild to see workers protesting like that for as long as they said they have been doing so. The other con was that it took me several minutes to go back to get product. Perhaps this is due to a shortage of staff? Who knows. I would love to go back here but I admit I feel bad with the people protesting. – The traveler
Man forget the people review bombing this place because the employees went on strike. They've been standing out there for over a month and a half, move on, go to another dispensary or get a different job. Now for the actual review of the shop itself, best prices. You're going to find some of the best quality Bud you're going to find at that price. And sure some days are a little slower than others, but I don't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes if that means that I don't have to walk out the door getting screwed by ridiculous prices.
