Someone suggested this place to me and I have been going back ever since. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. The people are very kind and sweet and very personable. I really enjoyed feeling like I’ve been going there my first time. Also shout out to Alexis, she was amazing. She was very informative and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And the receptionist she was amazing as well. I had called prior to coming in and she was just as friendly and vibrant and pleasant on the phone as she was in person. I really wish that I had gotten her name. But she had pretty press-ons (she had to pry one out of her puppies mouth) hopefully that helps lol – Rita Slone
Went there yesterday to pick my stuff up. When I placed the order online it was one price got there and it was another.. they even went in the back and receipt that said it was the price I said , but instead of the manager Kaitlyn acknowledging the price it told me on the receipt I was charged like $7 more than what I was supposed to pay, it’s not about the $7 it’s the principle, I’ve never expirenced this now where else , that’s why I’ll take my drive and go to zips . – markisha Marshall
This place has some of the best prices in the city. I went there for the first time yesterday and got 5.66 grams for 24 after tax. The bud I got from them was great and is from a brand I've had before and liked. The only negatives I saw was that they had workers/past workers out front protesting against the business. It left a bad impression on me when going there. I hope they are treating their employees right. It's wild to see workers protesting like that for as long as they said they have been doing so. The other con was that it took me several minutes to go back to get product. Perhaps this is due to a shortage of staff? Who knows. I would love to go back here but I admit I feel bad with the people protesting. – The traveler
Great customer service and low prices for quality cannibis! They give you information that you can use to make the best choice. You can't beat it! I've never been to an establishment, where everyone is genuinely NICE! Every single Budtender/Supervisor has made me feel like my money, my time and especially my needs are fulfilled medically. I do enjoy this location, and its employees are kind. However it’s definitely a change in the atmosphere. A lot of the original or older employees who were great I haven’t seen since the strike began, which sucks. Now the wait times have gotten significantly longer, the front desk employees don’t seem as knowledgeable as the previous crew and the prices fluctuate. I’m not sure why the workers decided to strike, but it has definitely affected the business and the customer experience. Get them back, fix whatever issues were happening before the things get worse. Other than that I like this location because it’s convenient for me more than anything else. Oh and you should prioritize medical patients with online orders over rec. Thanks! – Adrienne Edwards
