Trulieve Columbus Dispensary High Street

This is truly the best dispensary in the city. The staff are professional AND personable at the same time. They never make me feel foolish for any dumb questions I have, either. Brandon especially is a one of a kind employee there, especially. He showed kindness and compassion and you can see clear as day he genuinely cares about his coworkers, customers, and his position at Trulieve. The past several months have been more of a challenge for me than ever. Regarding major changes in my work, college, my health, my pet's health, and family. Brandon was so above and beyond helping me today and he showed kindness and patience. I was really stunned and didn't know how to respond! I've been going here for over a year now, the staff have always been incredible and kind. There's pretty decent sales often, and the product has never let me down. Online orders process almost instantly, and I've never had to wait in a line more than 10 minutes, which has saved me in a pinch with my schedule. I highly recommend the Farkas Farms Indica strains if you have chronic pain and/or anxiety. – JUDAS

Stay Away – They Shorted My Order and Refused to Make It Right This dispensary intentionally shorted my order and still charged me full price. When I called immediately after getting home, I spoke with Jared, the manager, who admitted they ran out of the product – but made no effort to inform me at the time of purchase, and no offer of a refund and no replacement has been made. This is the only time they didn’t count the items in front of me, which makes it feel calculated. I’ve since filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control and initiated a stop payment for any future charges from this company and from the company that used a process charges Dutchie. There are plenty of other dispensaries in Ohio that treat customers with basic honesty. Avoid this one. – Kevin D

Bought a lemon haze disposable cart because they don’t stock prerolls which is fine on its own, but then when I went to use it the cart wasn’t hitting at all. Tried charging it to see if maybe the new cart just had a dead battery and it still wouldn’t hit after that. Very frustrating because I would have just come back but they were already closed and I don’t live in the area. Very disappointing, have never bought faulty products from dispensaries before and this was the first time this has happened to me. Hopefully I’m able to recover the gram of wax inside somehow but very frustrating. – Vixflix

Truly disappointed with my experience. Placed an order for pick up around 8:30. By the time we got there it was locked. Went the next day…they do not hold orders. We were also told that they have discretion to lock up in the last 30 minutes. While I understand it is the end of the day, don’t post business hours you cannot keep. – Abrianna O.
