I want to start out by saying the staff at Trulieve Clintonville were very friendly and I just went to Trulieve Clintonville for the first time last night. I purchased 5 of the 2.8g by Modern Flower. They all 5 was 31% THC, the flower in everyone is so dried out. If you squeeze it between ur thumb and first 2 fingers it’s burst into powder. The flower looks beautiful but it is not sticky at all, I’m very unsatisfied. I did call the dispensary and talk to someone today. Trulieve does not have any kind of exchange policy in store for flower. So I figured I’d leave a review so maybe they will get an exchange policy for flower if u check it before leaving dispensary. This stuff is not cheap. I have attached pictures of the flower is before I squeezed it and after. It’s just extremely dry. Honestly, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone who works here is super nice and actually helpful — like they take the time to explain things instead of rushing you. The products have all been great too, and I like knowing exactly what I’m getting and what’s in it. It just feels safer and more legit. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and I don’t get it, which is why I’m leaving this review. My experiences have been the total opposite. This place has been solid every time I’ve gone. Helpful and courteous staff, moderate prices,but kinda clunky when ordering. It's like an old school fast food joint. I personally prefer a kiosk and then fine tune my decision from possible staff recommendations. Still a prompt transaction and a military discount that doesn't stack with your ohio medical card?lame. I've been going here to this dispensery a little over 4 years. I know that medical patients are supposed to go first by law tell me why the employees here were calling people by names while us medical patients stood in lines for 5 10 minutes maybe some longer.
