I usually don’t leave reviews, but today I felt truly compelled to share my experience. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for a few months now, and each visit has been made special thanks to the incredible Barbara. From day one, she’s stood out as someone who genuinely cares about her work and the people she helps As someone who was recently approved for a medical cannabis card, I wasn’t quite sure where to start. I’ve been dealing with a few health conditions, and navigating this space was new to me. Barbara was not only prompt and professional, but also incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Over time, we developed a connection, and seeing her bright, welcoming face made every visit feel comfortable and positive. Honestly, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received—not just from a dispensary, but from any service job. While I appreciate the entire team at this location, today I want to give Barbara her flowers—she truly deserves them. Thanks to the products she thoughtfully recommended, my chronic pain has eased significantly, and I’ve been more at peace and happier than I’ve been in a long time. I never have to wait long, and I’m always greeted with genuine kindness. It feels like the staff wants to be there, and that energy makes all the difference. The BEST dispensary I have been to in Ohio! You won't regret checking them out. the best quality, best brands, best staff! Wide varieties of products, they always have deals in stock. No one should ever leave a dispensary feeling uneasy about their purchase. I never feel that way at this dispensary, I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchase and their focus on quality assures me anything I buy is going to be good quality. Even the budget friendly products are top quality and FRESH. OTHER dispensaries have left me feeling uneasy or even scammed in comparison to the service and quality of products at Sunnyside. By luck of the draw I ended up having the same wellness advisor and cashier. Noah did an amazing job at helping me choose what product would work best for me and actually price checked everything I put into the cart to make sure I was getting the best 7/10 deals! My husband and I came in today for our first trip to this dispensary and let me tell you we were both highly impressed. The process is so simple and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very informative on their products, and can help quickly sort through products to find what will interest you. They have a wide variety of product to choose from and will advise you on any questions that you may have. If you’re considering visiting a dispensary, I highly suggest you visit Sunnyside! The process is quicker if you place an order online the morning of the day you’re coming in, and the line can sometimes get long, so have patience and allow yourself some extra time! Certified Pens are definitely a brand I would recommend, as well as the Good News Gummies!
