Overall the variety and prices are extremely hard to beat in the area, but the customer service was a stand out when I was in earlier this week. I went into sunny side somewhat clueless but the man at the counter Eric had an answer to every one of my questions. I often end up being served by the same bud tender, always with good vibes and interesting, chill chatter while we wrap up the purchase. Asking how I could refer to him in a google review to give him a shout, he shared “Leopold Ferdinand Augustus Louis Victor Von Hohenburg-Luxenstein III”. See, they just get it and it shows in the interactions. Know that there is a particular sweet spot for timing your visit to avoid all lines though honestly they’re never that bad. Just catch that extra coffee and avoid going right when they open. Rather, hit them about 30 minutes AFTER they open for the day. At that time, the first push is through and it’s walk up, pick up and pay in my experience. Okay, I’ll close with a request see a return of the Cresco 3+ live cart discount (what led me to Sunnyside).
