Today I was told it was my fault. Their website didn’t work and that they would rather me take my money elsewhere then pay a premium for their lower quality product. The other options nearby provide real customer service like a business for grown-ups. I recommend them over Queen city 100% every day of the week every month of the year. – Timothy Breckon

Pleasant place. I had zero wait, but it gets busy when you think it will be busy. The atmosphere is very open and they're well staffed. They have a better selection than nectar, is easier to get in and out. They lost my business and they're 5 minutes from me after a very unpleasant experience. Go here. – David Zussman

Got here at 8:25. The person taking id's asked if I already had an order, I said no. She asked if I knew what I wanted, I said I wasn't quite sure yet. She very rudely tells me that they're "close to the end of the night so she needs me to look at the menu and decide what I want". Confused and very put off by her attitude i said "well, i was hoping to shop a bit, ive never been here, but if that's a problem, i can leave?" She immediately handed me my id back and gestured to the door. They don't close for 35 minutes and there was no one in front of me in the lobby. This place won't last long with the absolute garbage service. Glad to spend my money elsewhere. – Dustin Deupree

Mandy and Dylan were BEYOND exceptional❤️❤️ It was my first time there and I was possibly the most complicated customer ever. But I didn't feel that way because of how patient and awesome they were! My husband has had 4 types of cancer since 2008. He has had radiation, several different types of aggressive chemo, and multiple surgeries. Through all of this he has been able to bounce back until the Dec 2024 surgery. He stopped eating because "I'm not hungry"!
