Queen City Cannabis Dispensary

Love the people that work there!!!! Everyone is so helpful and extremely polite. If I have any questions, they’re always answered in a detailed manner that I can understand. I’ve never had a bad experience at the dispensary or with any employees that work there. I don’t have a medical card, but I do have epilepsy and a severe issue with insomnia. Since I’ve been able to go to the dispensary, I sleep 3 to 4 nights a week now instead of a few hours a week and my seizures have gotten less severe and less frequent. They’ve been more help to me than you could possibly know. I can actually function as a normal human being without taking sleeping pills For the rest of my life, I’ve been doing so good. I can finally go back to work. It changed so many things for me in a positive way. Thank you to everyone that makes it possible. – Kelly Ashcraft

Ordered for the drive thru , drive thru wasn't available when I came , didn't have my order . Instead of being quick it just took longer . Not the end of the world but a minor inconvenience. Plus it's just so pricey in Ohio . I don't think this dispensary is more costly than others in Ohio tho. – Ashley Lysaght

MASSIVE EDIT!! I visit Q.C.C. about once every other week and it’s always consistent with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Entire building is always super clean and well secured! I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING HERE, unfortunately. They could have most definitely taken care of me after I went out of my way completely to go get cash because THEIR atm machine wasn’t dispensing cash since they “had a busy Friday” LOL… It took me 30mins out of my way because I was told to go to “Kroger to get cash back”…of that, mind you. They didn’t care. Atleast employee #90145 didn’t. I had a pod on my list at first but didn’t have a charger for said pod. I tried to get the charger for the pod with my points. But they still tried charging me $15 for the charger, even after using the points and they won’t allow you to use all of your points for the charger. So guess who didn’t buy the pod, OR the charger? Your system is RIDICULOUS! And then at the very end I didn’t want to get $18 back so I asked if he would atleast take the $1.xx off from ALL the trouble and all he said was “Sorry” and shrugged his shoulders. Yeah, I’m sorry too, #90145. It’s been real, QCC ✌🏽😢 At the end of the day? It’s my fault for not bringing cash. But I have shopped there enough times that I thought I’d had been treated a bit better. Unfortunate… – Tosha Jones
