I placed an online order and arrived roughly five minutes before closing (I work the night shift). As I pulled in, I saw an employee sprinting to the door. He opened it as I walked up and said, "Hey, sorry bro, we are closed." I showed him the time and pointed out that they were still open for a few more minutes. He started huffing and puffing and asked if I had an online order. I replied that I did, and he shook his head, saying, "Hold on, I need to speak with my manager about this." Then, he halfway closed the door on me and stalled on the phone until 9 PM, at which point he said, "Sorry, bro, they just locked the vault. There's nothing I can do." It was a terrible experience with a lack of customer care, and honestly, it felt disrespectful. I have reached out to Queen City Cannabis three times through their website's contact info, but haven't received a response. I also tried calling the store, only to have the guy who locked me out answer the phone. I would avoid this place; their prices are pretty high compared to most dispensaries in Hamilton County. – Jake Batchelor
They have fast and orderly service. You can pre order for even faster service and I like that they have a drive up window. They have good deals a lot too. Friendly staff. I will definitely go back. – Sheila Peters

My wife and I have spent alot of money at this place to just get a joint in a half out of the 2.83 day supplies. Someone there takes buds out. Do yourself a favor and shop at Nectar. Down the street from Kilby. The people there are way friendlier and they don't steal out of your jars. They never way 2.83. Bring your scale there and way it in front of them. Once you go to Nectar you wont want to come back here. – Matt
