🚩🚩 False Online Weight Advertisement 🚩🚩 I've been coming here since they first started selling non-medical cannabis, but after today's experience I'm probably never coming back. 3/31/25 I placed a pre-order online, specifically choosing a 1g cartridge using the weight filter. When I got home and opened the bag they staple, Then I realized I had only received a 0.5g cartridge instead. So, I just wasted $30 on half the product I expected. If that’s not false advertising then, I don’t know what is. Only realizing after I looked at it online again it’s said .5 on top but a full gram one the bottom where you click also on the receipt it says 2.83 g and then below it says .05 g which one is it or is it a ploy to scam At this point, I’d rather drive three hours to Monroe, Michigan, where I can get 15 full gram cartridges for the same price without the hassle and deceptive practices plus the extremely low prices and great deals they have on many different items . I’m sure King of buds, Puffs or one of the many dispensaries would welcome my business. Still reading and want to know why I'd waste six hours of my time making that trip? Because when I called to see if I could return the incorrect product and get my money back, the guy on the phone flat out said no even though the seal wasn’t broken and I hadn’t used it. If you're an employee here and actually have the power to fix this, reach out maybe we can make things right. Until then, you won’t be getting another penny from me. – Scottie

Seems to care more about the owners and management with their money making, then the customers. Walk in looking like everyone is mad at you, and I thought it was supposed to be a great energy place. Hearing countless times how even the employees are not even happy. Passing dry flavorless cannabis at a high price. Seems like another Springfield rip off. But I guess we can give it to the countless misplaced drug abusers who harass you every time you come on the weekends. Cause security is not helping!!! A shame about this place. Holds more selection and better prices than terrasonna BUTT….. Cons- it's as bad as Walmart 🤣 6 check outs and only 2 open. If you think pre order means getting in and out faster your mistaken it just means you don't take time to look while your there you still wait in the same line waiting on how ever many people are in front of you. Waiting on there browsing and conversations.. I waited 25 minutes to pick up a pre order just saying 🤷‍♀️ AND!!! Prices are lies and scams just see other reviews for the proof. AND!! Came here for the first time, let them know it was first time here. Bought Paragon flower, which was full price instead of sale price shown online. Later open the bag and the flower is insanely dry. Harvest date of July 2024. Flower this old should not be sold, especially at full price. Budtender should be aware of these things, and give me freshest flower. You all need to train your staff, and push back on suppliers about old product. – Chris Schell
