Even if you have to wait, the hospitality and service is wonderful! I was given wrong information about the drive thru being open, no worries we all make mistakes. So I had placed a drive thru order and then waited at the window for a few minutes. After realizing nobody was coming to the window I called again. The associate apologized with care for giving me false information as the drive thru was closed at that time due to things out of their control. Long story short the manager interrupted her meeting to take care of me in the drive thru personally. Thank you Forest for being transparent and hospitable! – Bradley Carter

If you are after a friendly budtender, this is not the place to go! I have been to 29 dispensaries in total and the forest in Springfield Ohio has the rudest staff of all. Clearly… management does not care how the customers are treated. The prices are now comparable to some of the other locations in town. Service is fairly fast and the location is incredibly convenient! I also recently heard from a neighbor that unless you are able to spend hundreds of dollars, the rude behavior is typical from the forest dispensary employees. The solution would be to send in mystery test shoppers to ensure that the expected level of service is being delivered. You will see for yourself that rating service two out of 10 would be too nice! – Declan Westell
