This place is an absolute gem, every single person in there are friendly and help you with anything you need, they have amazing discounts and they are quick. Fantastic place with very kind products. But more importantly the staff is amazing. Austin was absolutely wonderful. Highly knowledgeable and very patient. Man are they patient. If you are after a friendly budtender, this is not the place to go! I have been to 29 dispensaries in total and the forest in Springfield Ohio has the rudest staff of all. Clearly… management does not care how the customers are treated. The prices are now comparable to some of the other locations in town. Service is fairly fast and the location is incredibly convenient! I also recently heard from a neighbor that unless you are able to spend hundreds of dollars, the rude behavior is typical from the forest dispensary employees. The solution would be to send in mystery test shoppers to ensure that the expected level of service is being delivered. You will see for yourself that rating service two out of 10 would be too nice! – Declan Westell
