Nykayla was amazing from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just rushing me through. She explained the different options clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. They are the only place to go now thanks to dummy dewine. The prices are outrageous even with the discounts they offer. I will say the staff is friendly, which is great! I like the pickup option however, I feel like if you offer pickup, there should be a pick up lane where you should be able to jump ahead of other customers who don’t know what they want yet. We get there and always have to wait 15-30 minutes to get our order. This defeats the purpose of a pick up order. I would give 5 stars if we could walk in cut straight to the front. I don’t mean to sound entitled but I thought this was the purpose of ordering ahead? Does anyone else feel this way? I’m gonna quit anyways because I can’t afford it anymore but, I just wanted to leave the only thing I thought might help get them better ratings! Do this and your business would be awesome. First time customer. Front lobby was easy and fast. Quick wait for a bud tender when I got through. But tender did not waste my time by trying to tell me things I didnt care about or feel the need to know. Basically a fast simple transaction as it should be. Got the rose gold. Great buds.
