Nykayla was amazing from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just rushing me through. She explained the different options clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Her energy was positive and welcoming you can tell she really cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had because of her. Not sure what these reviews are about, but they're not it. I've never had any problems like what's being described, and I place online orders once or twice a month. Sent in a pre-order for 2 1/2’s for $99 at 12pm and went to pick up my order at 5:30pm only to find out that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they ran out. The lady told me I was lucky that she saved me one of the 1/2’s. The lady didn’t try to offer me another deal, didn’t try to cut the cost in half for the one 1/2 they “saved” for me. I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes and nobody mentioned them being out of the popcorn. She told me that she was going to call but got busy.. Cool. After no help, I paid $80 for the half that she graciously saved for me. Probably won’t go back, not worth the rudeness. – Olivia H
